The Art Gallery of Golden (AGOG) is a non-profit gallery and studio gift shop in beautiful Golden, BC. It serves as a cultural hub for the region and is one of the few dedicated exhibition spaces focused on contemporary and regionally created work.
AGOG presents a year-round exhibition program of solo and group shows featuring artists from the Columbia Valley and beyond. The gallery prioritizes work from our region that reflects our artist professional practice and curiosity. In addition to exhibitions, the Studio Gift Shop features the work of over 100 artists from across the Columbia River Basin.
The space evolves regularly, with new work introduced alongside each exhibition, and selected pieces continuing beyond their initial presentation to support ongoing visibility for artists.
As part of Kicking Horse Culture, AGOG contributes to a broader vision of a creative, connected community through accessible and engaging arts programming.

The Art Gallery of Golden invites artists living and creating in the Columbia Valley to apply for upcoming exhibitions. We curate 8–10 exhibitions annually, showcasing diverse voices, mediums, and creative practices rooted in our region.
Our Exhibition Application asks artists to share their practice, process, and proposed body of work, and to reflect on how their work connects to community and place.
We welcome both emerging and established artists and look forward to learning more about your creative journey.
