2026 Holiday Craft Fair Vendor Information

Golden’s wildly successful Christmas Craft Fair will be back this year with a new name but the same wonderful spirit. Join us on Nov. 27th, 28th, and 29th at the Mt. 7 Rec Plex.

FAQ’s

Why the name change?

We have updated the event name from Christmas Craft Fair to Holiday Craft Fair to create a more inclusive, welcoming name that celebrates the broader holiday season.

Can I chose where my vendor booth goes?

As with last year, no vendor will be in the same spot twice. So you will likely find yourself in a new location this year. Our layout will be carefully designed to balance booth types, curate an experience for customers, and ensure visibility for everyone, including new and returning vendors alike. If you are worried about returning customers being able to find you in a new spot, we encourage you to promote the market to them and let them know where you will be!

Why are there limited large spaces? Are why aren’t they 10 ft x 10 ft anymore?

We limit the amount of large spaces available because we must work within a certain floor plan at the venue. As well, we are trying accommodate having as many local artisans as we can!

Due to the layout of the venue, it’s hard to keep all of the 10 x 10 spaces even for vendors who purchase those spots. Converting these to 2 8×6 spaces means that we can achieve fairness and it helps with the room design. Plus, it gives you a bit of extra wiggle room as a vendor! The large spaces will be distributed throughout the floor plan, creating a dynamic walk-through experience for customers.

Why can’t I purchase a one or two day vendor spot?

In the past, vendors have been able to purchase one or two days spots; however it adds complications to our floor plan, admin time, and our resources – and we are a (very) small team! If you are looking for a one day market experience, Local Food Matters puts on a market in December, it’s possible this market could be a better fit for you. You can find information for that market here.

Will there be live music?

Yes! The live music was very well received last year and we’re excited to welcome back a line up of local musicians.
