“Pay What You Can” option for Live Kicks shows

Given the state of the world, KHC is introducing a Pay What You Can option to our concerts at the Civic Centre through October and November. What with the inflationary costs of gas and food and so much more, we know that some folks are having to make hard decisions on how they spend their hard earned cash.

For sure, each show we present costs many thousands of dollars in artist and production fees so ticket sales are very important to do what we do..

But, that is balanced by our endeavour to “engage, energize, and enrich” the cultural life of our Golden community. Our longstanding promise has always been to help make Golden “a great place to live and visit” and we work very hard to find and choose wonder-full artists to come play in our beautiful hall for our very appreciative Golden audience.

With the Pay What You Can option in place for the Fall, if your financial realities have got you in an emotional bind, we invite you to come on down to the Hall this Thursday and enjoy a couple of hours of great music and fun with Shaela Miller and her band. Spread the word, folks. Thanks.

Bill Usher,
Executive & Artistic Director
