FlickerFolk Meetings Have Begun!

What’s Flickerfolk?

The Flickerfolk are the core crew helping to plan, imagine, and coordinate the beautiful chaos of EmberFest. Whether you’re a seasoned organizer, a curious newcomer, or just want to lend your spark, we’d love your energy at the table.

About EmberFest

Formerly known as the Snow King’s Masque Parade, EmberFest brings the community together in Spirit Square each February to mark the return of the light. This grassroots, volunteer-led festival is a celebration of connection, creativity, and old-school community fun—where everyone, from kids to elders, plays a part in making low-tech, high-magic spectacle.
Location:
We meet in the Masque Parade Room in the basement of the Civic Centre (please use the basement side door located on the south side of the building).
