2025 Craft Faire Vendor Information

Golden’s wildly successful Christmas Craft Faire will be back again this year on Nov. 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at Mt. 7 Rec Plex. For decades now, the Christmas Craft Faire is the kickoff to the Christmas season and the social event of the month. With more than 60 artists, artisans, and crafters, the Craft faire is the spot for local artists and artisans to showcase their work.

Vendor Information:

We’ve adjusted the hours this year with the hope of generating more consistent foot traffic throughout the weekend, as well as to provide more convenient set up/take down times for vendors.

Friday, November 21st: 5 pm – 9 pm (Night market!)
Saturday, November 22nd: 10 am – 4 pm
Sunday, November 23rd: 10 am – 2 pm

Vendor Spaces & Prices
Tables are sold in 3 day packages this year. The new time frames account for the same number of hours as Craft Faire’s in the past and it is the same price to be a vendor as previous years.

  • You must have a 2025/25 KHC membership to apply to be a vendor ($10 + GST). You will need your membership code in your vendor application. Purchase your membership HERE.
  • Standard space (8 x 6) for $73.00
  • Large space (10 x 10) for $141.75 (spots are limited)
  • If you require a one/two day space please contact us directly at pc@kickinghorseculture.ca (we will try to accommodate this if we can).

How to Become a Vendor

  1. Apply to be a vendor by submitting an application. Find the application HERE. If you do not have access to a computer, you can stop by the Art Gallery of Golden to fill one out on paper, but we encourage vendors to apply digitally.
  2. Applications must be approved by KHC to be confirmed as a vendor.
  3. Once your application has been approved, you can purchase your vendor ticket online.

Tickets can be purchased online in September.

Early bird tickets will go on sale on September 9th.

Regular tickets will go on sale on September 30th.
