Anyone interested in hearing passionate prairie music should definitely check out Munro & Patrick. These two veteran Saskatchewan stars got together six years ago and have been wowing the crowds ever since. With a righteous blend of country, blues, and soul, Heidi Munro and Scott Patrick offer an enticing, high-energy show combining classic cover songs with gritty, well-crafted originals.
Between the two of them, these gifted performers have won about a dozen SCMAs (Saskatchewan Country Music Awards), with Heidi being further honoured with a National Much Music Vocal prize. The equally accomplished Scott, a singer/songwriter and, particularly, guitarist, was a key member of renowned country-rock band Wyatt, and has played all across the country – including with such luminaries as Rascal Flatts and Kenny Rogers. This prairie “power couple” is the real deal.
