This all-ages outdoor event is a celebration of Golden and Area A’s ranching and riding culture, winter sports heritage, and community creativity. Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines with a hot drink or snapping photos of the action, skijoring offers a rare chance to see horsepower and human power working in harmony.
Bring your warmest layers, your loudest cheers, and your sense of adventure. This is winter in Golden at its boldest and most joyful, igniting the wild spirit at the heart of EmberFest.
