About The Event

The journey of life drops us off into the unforeseen realities of the universe. On our path we are confronted by experiences we cannot always control, and we move through positives and negatives in a realm we cannot fully understand. Aine and Sabrina’s journeys have intersected through various common “reality checks” that have reminded them that time is precious, and the time is now to recalibrate your internal compass and follow your passions. They have realized the importance of, and the similarities between, their respective creative endeavours and that art is a means that IS within our control to keep us focused on absorbing what is beautiful.

By bringing their two artforms together, Aine and Sabrina offer a valuable reflection on the broader “reality check” we all currently face. Through a showcase of Mother Nature using a unique interplay between photography and realism painting, Aine and Sabrina present a perspective shape shifter on our present realities and our preferred future. While it is natural that each of us views things differently, as we are all behind a different frame of mind, there is also an undeniable common ground inside us all. This artistic collaboration challenges you to appreciate our different lenses yet stay open to opportunities to move forward collectively with common vision.
